Return & Refund Policy

If the goods supplied do not correspond to the description in our sales listing or the product is faulty then the customer may request to return the item for a full refund within 10 days of receipt of the goods.

If goods were incorrectly ordered or are returned after the 10 day period, but before 30 days, and they are in their original packaging and still in brand new condition then the buyer will receive an 80% refund.

No returns will be accepted after 30 days from date of receipt of the goods.

Shipping Charges

We ship to anywhere in the world. The fee for delivery in South Africa is R95 if the order is below R1 000 (Orders of R1 000 and more are delivered free of charge) and international delivery has various other rates.

When returning goods the buyer is responsible for the shipping charges unless the product is damaged or does not match the listing description.

There is about a 2 to 3 week lead time (this cannot be guaranteed because of possible delays with customs) on deliveries for most items. You will be notified in your cart if an item has a 2 to 3 week delivery time - if there is no notification then the delivery time will be about 5 working days.
