1. Specifically designed for 16S 48V (standard voltage 51.2V) lithium iron phosphate (LiFePO4) battery packs. Widely used in home photovoltaic energy storage systems, communication base station backup power, low-speed electric four-wheelers, and DIY power battery packs.
2. Built-in high-precision balancing chip, supporting automatic balancing, charging balancing, and static balancing modes. It intelligently detects and transfers the voltage difference between individual cells, effectively eliminating the "weakest link" effect in the battery pack and significantly extending the overall lifespan of the cells.
3. The main circuit core uses a low-resistance, high-power MOSFET, featuring ultra-low heat generation and high conductivity, supporting a continuous discharge current of 30A and a charging current of 15A, maintaining smooth and efficient operation even under high load.
4. Adopts an open dual-layer heat dissipation architecture, combined with a large-area anodized blue aluminum heat sink, ensuring smoother airflow and significantly improved heat conduction efficiency, guaranteeing that components always operate within a safe temperature range.
5. The data acquisition cable socket adopts a sturdy snap-on design, effectively preventing shock and detachment. Different string counts correspond to dedicated ribbon cables.
6. Standard configuration includes high-quality high-temperature resistant ribbon cables (thickened pure copper core), offering excellent conductivity, safer installation, and greater durability.
