Matters needing attention：
1. When wearing it, relax your mouth and dont bite the mouthguard
2. Do not put the mouthguard in boiling water
3. At the beginning of use, there will be drooling, tooth pain, nausea and other phenomena. These are normal victory reactions, which need to be adjusted for a period of time
4. After each use, brush the teeth and mouthguard clean with the toothbrush
5. Wearing time is about 2 hours in the day and 8 hours in the evening
