5. Function:
- KTO011: red, thermostat (normally closed), for controlling heaters
- KTS011: blue, thermostat (normally open), for controlling fans or switching signaling devices
- ZR011: thermostat (normally open and normally closed integrated design), dual-use heating and cooling
6. Working principle: due to different coefficients of thermal expansion, bimetal in the temperature change, the two sides of the thermal expansion and contraction of different degrees, so at different temperatures, the degree of its bending changes; temperature is higher than the expansion of the bimetal temperature, the bimetal contact position of the deformation and disconnect the circuit is closed, the temperature is lower than the expansion of the temperature of the bimetal, the bimetal contact position returns to its original shape and closed, the circuit is closed
7. The thermostat is divided into normally open and normally closed two kinds:
- Normally closed: when the temperature is set, the thermostat is in the normally closed state, when the actual ambient temperature drops to or near the set temperature, it will start the load heating, usually the thermostat is in the normally closed state, when the actual ambient temperature is greater than the set temperature, the load is in the state of stopping the operation
- Normally open: when the temperature is set, the thermostat is in normally open state, when the actual ambient temperature is greater than or close to the set temperature, the load will be started to dissipate heat, usually the thermostat is in normally open state, when the actual ambient temperature is lower than the set temperature, the load is in the state of stopping operation
