1. This product is an industrial 32-channel relay module controlled via an RS485 interface. It utilizes the Modbus RTU protocol and features built-in protection circuits—including power isolation, magnetic coupling isolation, resettable fuses, and TVS—housed in an ABS DIN-rail mount enclosure. Easy to operate, the module offers high-speed, stable, reliable, and secure communication, making it suitable for a wide range of industrial control equipment and applications with demanding communication requirements.
2. Supports configurable device addresses (1–255) for cascading multiple devices via the RS485 bus; features "flash-on" and "flash-off" functions, allowing the relay to be controlled via commands to turn on or off automatically after a set duration.
3. Onboard voltage regulator chip supports a wide input voltage range of 7–36V.
4. Onboard integrated power isolation provides stable isolated voltage; the isolated side requires no external power supply.
5. Onboard integrated magnetic coupling isolation ensures signal isolation with high reliability, strong anti-interference capabilities, and low power consumption.
6. Onboard resettable fuse and TVS (Transient Voltage Suppressor) effectively suppress surge voltages and transient voltage spikes, providing protection against overcurrent, overvoltage, lightning, and ESD.
7. Onboard optocoupler isolation prevents interference from the relays high-voltage circuits.
8. Uses a dedicated relay driver chip with built-in flyback diode protection for stronger, more stable driving performance.
9. Onboard reverse-polarity protection circuit prevents circuit damage caused by incorrect positive/negative terminal connections.
10. Uses high-quality relays; supports loads up to 10A 250V AC or 10A 30V DC.
11. Rail-mount ABS protective enclosure ensures convenient installation and enhanced safety.
12. Three external LED indicators allow for easy monitoring of MCU status and signal transmission/reception status.
