1. The RP2350B microcontroller chip, designed based on the Raspberry Pi architecture
2. A unique dual-core, dual-architecture design featuring a dual-core ARM Cortex-M33 processor and a dual-core Hazard3 RISC-V processor, both operating at up to 150MHz, allowing users to switch flexibly between the two architectures
3. Features 520KB of SRAM, 16MB of on-board on-chip Flash, and 2MB of PSRAM
4. Features a Type-C interface, eliminating the need to worry about orientation when plugging in
5. Features a 4.3-inch on-board capacitive touchscreen LCD with 800 × 480 resolution and 65K colors
6. Supports I2C interface control for capacitive touch, 5-point touch, and interrupts
7. On-board resources include CAN, RS485, I2C interfaces, and isolated digital I/O
8. On-board voltage regulator supports a wide input voltage range of 7V to 36V
9. Inputs feature bidirectional optocoupler isolation, supporting both passive and active digital inputs; active inputs support both positive and negative voltages
10. Outputs feature optocoupler isolation with enhanced drive capability, providing a sink current of up to 450mA (MAX)
11. USB 1.1 host and device support
12. Supports low-power sleep and hibernation modes
13. Can be recognized as a mass storage device via USB for drag-and-drop program downloading
14. Precise on-chip clock and timers
15. Built-in temperature sensor for real-time chip temperature monitoring
16. 12 programmable I/O (PIO) state machines for custom peripheral support
