1. Yahboom IMU sensor module integrates multi-axis MEMS sensors and serves as a core component for motion tracking and posture measurement. The module features a high-performance 32-bit 72MHz processor, supporting real-time attitude resolution and dynamic compensation. It deeply fuses data from gyroscopes, accelerometers, and magnetometers to output precise attitude angles (roll, pitch, and yaw) and triaxial acceleration information. Whether performing 6-axis dynamic initialization or integrating magnetometers and barometers for 9-axis or 10-axis omnidirectional perception, this module delivers stable, reliable, and high-precision motion data solutions for DIY robotics, drones, smart agriculture, and navigation applications.
2. 6-axis: Integrates a 3-axis gyroscope and 3-axis accelerometer, enabling accurate measurement of angular velocity and linear acceleration for a cost-effective solution.
3. 9-axis: Adds a 3-axis magnetometer to the 6-axis module, enabling absolute heading (yaw angle) measurement and effectively eliminating long-term drift.
4. 10-axis: Incorporates a high-precision barometer into the 9-axis setup, enabling altitude measurement—ideal for applications requiring high-precision 3D attitude and position perception.
5. Advanced algorithms ensure stable and reliable posture: Built-in professional sensor fusion algorithms directly output gyroscope, acceleration, Euler angle, and quaternion data, significantly reducing the computational load on the main MCU.
6. Supports IIC/serial communication with exceptional compatibility: The Yahboom IMU module supports Type-C interfaces and pin headers. It is compatible with both IIC and UART communication protocols and features wide-range 3.3V/5V input voltage compatibility. It can connect to PCs for debugging or seamlessly interface with mainstream development platforms like Arduino, Raspberry Pi, STM32, ESP32, Jetson, RDK, and MSPM0.
